We are here to create. When we don’t balance out how much we consume information, media, content, food, anything outside of ourselves with creating, envisioning, dreaming, we become depressed, apathetic, fragmented, and confused.
Freely expressing yourself is a part of reclaiming peace. Liberating your unique voice is how your essence is felt. Walking the path of openness instead of judgment (of self or other) allows the mind to release control and the heart to take the front seat.
